What should I know before booking?

Questions neighbors ask in Pelham Parkway

Which ZIP code is my side of Pelham Parkway?

It depends on the side and on your house number. On Pelham Parkway South, numbers up to 948 are 10462 and numbers from 950 are 10461; the change comes at Bogart Avenue. On Pelham Parkway North, numbers up to 899 are 10467 and numbers from 901 are 10469; the change comes at Bronxwood Avenue. We clean in all four.

How much does apartment cleaning cost in Pelham Parkway?

The price follows the rooms you choose and how often we come, not which side of the parkway you live on. Build your plan to see it: the total starts at $0, grows only with what you add, and is on screen before you type any personal details.

Do you clean co-op apartments in elevator buildings?

Yes. Near White Plains Road most homes are in elevator buildings, typically six stories, and a number of those buildings are co-ops. We clean rentals and co-ops the same way. If your building has a front desk or a super who lets visitors in, tell them the day we are coming.

Do you clean near both Pelham Pkwy stations?

Yes. The Pelham Pkwy station on White Plains Road, served by the 2 and 5 trains, sits over the parkway: its south entrances, elevator included, are in 10462 and its north stairs are in 10467. The other one, on the 5 train to Dyre Avenue, is on the Esplanade just north of the parkway, in 10469. Our base is between the two, about two tenths of a mile from the Esplanade one.

Do you clean on Bronx Park East?

Yes, on both sides of the parkway. Bronx Park East numbers 2001 to 2199, south of it, are in 10462. From 2200 north, the street is in 10467 all the way up.

Do you clean two-family houses east of Williamsbridge Road?

Yes. East of Williamsbridge Road about nine in ten residential lots are one- and two-family houses. A floor of a two-family house books like an apartment: choose the rooms on your floor, then add the stairs or the basement only if you want them cleaned too.

Can I book one deep clean before moving out?

Yes. In the plan builder choose Just once, a single visit with no plan attached, and add Deep clean if an empty apartment needs more than a regular clean. You set the date when you book.
